- Are all ski passes available online?
Not all our passes are available online, you will be able to find all the passes at our ticket offices. The discounts and reductions are not all applicable online.
- Am I entitled to insurance?
A ski insurance is available for every ski pass. It covers in particular the cost of on piste rescue fees and transportation to a hospital center. More info.
- Date of birth non compatible with the age category.
If this message appears during the "customizing skipasses" step, this means that the date of birth does not correspond to the chosen skipass (ex: Senior date of birth but you chose an adult pass). You need to modify the chosen pass in your basket.
- This contact already exists.
It is possible that the person you would like to register is already saved in our database. In this case, contact us to link this contact to your account.
- What to do if I already have a magnetic keycard?
You can select the option to recharge a keycard by registering the number printed on the back. The keycard will automatically be recharged with the pass you chose in your order when you pass through the first lift gate. Remember to bring the correct card when you go skiing!
- Do I have to buy a magnetic keycard?
The magnetic keycard is mandatory for alpine skiing. It costs 2 euros and is reusable from one year to another.
- How to collect my skipasses?
If you already have a magnetic keycard recharged, you just need to have it in your pocket when you go through the lift gates to activate it.
If you need to buy a keycard, you have the choice to receive it by post within approximately 10 days of your order; or else you may choose to collect your order at one of our ticket offices from the following day.
- Short delay between purchase and delivery.
You cannot order skipasses for the same day if you do not already have a magnetic keycard. You must order your passes the night before at the latest to pick them up at our ticket offices.
- Am I able to make a secure payment online?
All bank details that clients may be asked fot during orders are protected by a certified encryption process.
- What to do if my payment is refused?
If the payment is refused yor order will not be valid. You must create a new order.
- Am I able to cancel my order?
According to Article L121-16-19 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles L121-21 and following of the Consumer Code does not apply to passenger transport contracts or nordic royalty contracts. Once the Skipass order has been confirmed by the customer, it cannot be refunded, taken back or exchanged. Similarly, no changes can be made to the order.
